Known as Southern California’s “Premiere Murder Mystery Troupe”, P. Maxwell Productions are experts in long-form interactive and improvisational entertainment. This highly engaging troupe consists of professional actors and entertainers who love to get up close and personal with the audience.
Guests attending the fundraiser can look forward to a “Night of Mystery, Mayhem and Music for an Extravaganza of Fun,” where surprises will ensue. P. Maxwell Productions has a distinguished history, having performed at venues such as The Magic Castle and The Roosevelt Hotel, and entertaining thousands of patrons each year on the Fillmore & Western Railway since 1996.

Dr. Michael Shoar has been practicing in Oxnard since November 2017. As a large supporter of veterans, Dr. Shaor helps patients with acute and chronic neuro-muscular and skeletal problems and weight loss. Services included chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture and massage therapy.
Dr. Shoar attended CCCLA chiropractic college in Los Angeles and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) and his California chiropractic physician license. After receiving his license, he practiced for an individually owned chiropractic practice for five years. Then, he became a clinic director for a chiropractic corporation, overseeing patient care for 12 clinics.
In 2005, he began practicing in Chicago, where he was clinic director for a medical corporation with over six clinics, managing and directing treatment and care of thousands of patients.

Oxnard Police Officers Association
The Oxnard Peace Officers Association (OPOA) was founded in 1976 to protect and enhance the rights and benefits of its members. Today the OPOA represents more than 250 police officers, public safety dispatchers and public safety officers from the rank of police officer to sergeant.
While the OPOA continues to ensure its members’ interests are represented, our commitment to community engagement and philanthropy is just as important.
The OPOA serves as a bridge between its members and the citizens of Oxnard. Through our participation in community programs and events, along with charitable contributions, we strive to continuously strengthen our relationship with the community.

Ventura County Professional Peace Officers Association
The VCPPOA was created in 1985 to act as a representation for county employees who were lacking representation.
With a membership base of over 300 County of Ventura employees, the association represents: Deputy Probation Officers, Corrections Services Officers, Harbor Patrol Officers, Airport Operations Officers and Park Rangers.
Today, they continue to be leaders in the peace officer community on both a local and statewide level, and provide an effective and credible voice for all of the officers that are represented.

Ventura Peace Officers’ Association
The VPOA represents the sworn police officers, corporals, and sergeants of the City of Ventura.
Aimed at supporting the community the VPOA areroud to sponsor the Dee Dowell Memorial Golf Tournament and Dee Dowell Memorial Scholarship Program for college-bound students.
The Dee Dowell Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization giving nearly $100,000 in scholarships to Ventura youth since 2002. This foundation honors the life of Sergeant Darlon “Dee” Dowell, the first and only Ventura Police Officer killed in the line of duty.
